Cadi'nin Turk Mutfaga 2 - Sucuklu Mercimek ve Patates Puresi

Today I made lentils with sucuk (sujuk), a spiced, garlic-y beef sausage. I served it on top of the potato puree. I made the potatoes with butter and a milk and chicken broth combination. Delicious!

  1. It was really tasty! And best of all, I have leftovers for this week's dinner. It's not spicy, which is good for me. You could use spicy beef sausage or smoked pork sausage for this recipe. It'll be in the cookbook, I think! :)
