Coming in 2010

Many people still, for whatever reason, insist on making resolutions for the new calendar year. Very few of us stick with such resolutions, however. Dieting to lose weight is probably the most common resolution. For 2010 I plan to share information on magical diets, including weight loss diets (courtesy of Scott Cunningham), along with food suggestions and recipes by yours truly. Let's see where this goes.
