I'm a cranky Pagan. The more Pagans I meet, the less I seem to like these supposed like-minded individuals or groups. I made this video a while ago, before I moved to Turkey. I thought I would share it. There is meant to be some humor in it, but some people might not see that. That's okay. I'm a solitary creature, I do my own thang, and I'm totally okay with it. No one else has to be. I'll just be in my kitchen stirring my pots and chanting while I make my bread. Happy Yule to all! Now where did I put my holiday spirit? *grumbles*

Just saw the video.....BUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I think I met every single type of Pagan you described in college. I thought they were all a bunch of freaks and did not hesitate to say so. I only came to call myself Pagan/Witch by my own slow, simple discovery that tuning in with nature and the Feminine (just what I do....not sayin' anyone else has to see it that way) was for me. I don't dress like Harry Potter characters and I'm not obsessed with SciFi fantasy novels. I would like to wear pentacle jewelry, but I don't because I feel like what I believe, just like who I vote for, are no one else's freakin' business. Now, if someone is into wearing black lipstick and pretending they're a dragon priestess, hey, live and let live. But am I coming over to you house to watch you wield a sword you got on ebay? No, I am not. I have a job, and a family and a life. Bravo for telling it like it is.

Couldn't watch the video, but - yes, some Pagans are cow-jumping mad. Good news: We don't have to like them just because they're Pagans. ^^

LOL I loved this. While it is very funny at times, it is also quite true and very annoying. Why do people who should know better in my opinion run around saying that they saw the fairies and had a dance with them and went to cloud bloody cook pot in the sky. Sometimes I think some people are just looking for a group to fit in somewhere and have got very good at disillusioning themselves, is that even the right word LOL. Anyway I get annoyed because I do not want to be put in the same mental pot. But what's the point, if that's what makes people happy.
