Let's recap:
*serious problems with my clinical depression
* moving (NO MORE ARKANSAS, WOO HOO!!!!)
* living in a hotel until we could move into our new place
* new job
I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but those are the big things that kept me away. Oh, and laziness. Mustn't forget laziness.
Things to do:
*finish 30 Days of Kitchen Witchery
* perfect a recipe for rosemary-pumpkin rolls (stuffed, I think) for Samhain and a Pumpkin Festival Bake-off contest dealie
* get back into the swing of things a bit more
I hope all of you are doing well. 'Tis my favorite season, so I am feeling more inspired to cook. My boyfriend, however, works from 4 pm - 1 am, and that puts a damper on dinner most nights. I hate to cook just for myself, but I'm going to get back into the kitchen and play as much as possible. I also hope to make some more progress on my many unfinished cookery book projects.
I leave you with a picture of the test batch of rosemary-pumpkin dinner rolls.
